Hours: Monday thru Friday: 7am to 7pm
On May 13, 2014 Studio Montclair opens The Window, a show that considers what painting, two-dimensional art, has become since Brunelleschi thought of it as a metaphorical window into a naturalistic, ordered world. It brings together the diverse works, practices and genres of pictorial art that have grown from that concept. It runs from May 13 through August 15, Mon-Fri, 7am-7pm, at SMI Gallery at Academy Square, 33 Plymouth St. Montclair, NJ 07042, with an opening reception May 16, 6-9 pm.
