Studio Montclair announces our 19th Annual Open Juried Exhibition “ViewPoints 2016” at aljira, a Center for Contemporary Art in the heart of Newark, NJ’s arts district from June 2 to 30, 2016.
May 2016: Back Story
Studio Montclair announces “Back Story,” a group exhibition on view from May 4 to August 12, 2016, showcasing art’s storytelling impact through visual media and the artists’ own language.
January 2016: State of the Art
Studio Montclair (SMI) announces “State of the Art 2016,” an exhibit on view from January 27 to April 15, 2016, featuring the most recent work of SMI members. Join us on January 29 from 7-9 PM for an opening reception.
November 2015: Old is Good
November 3 through 29, 2015, at the Montclair Public Library Gallery, 50 S. Fullerton Ave., Montclair, NJ. The November 5th opening reception included a panel discussion featuring the exhibiting artists and moderated by Virginia Fabbri Butera, PhD.
September 2015: Honoring the Fauves
September 23 through December 18, 2015 at Academy Square galleries, 33 Plymouth Street, Montclair, NJ. Opening reception on Friday, September 25, from 7 to 9pm.
June 2015: ViewPoints 2015
ViewPoints 2015, SMI’s 18th Annual Exhibition will be on view from June 4 – July 1, 2015. All are invited to see this exciting exhibit at aljira, a Center for Contemporary Art at 591 Broad Street in Newark,NJ.
